The film “Animal,” starring Ranbir Kapoor, has now secured a fresh release date – The release date for the action-thriller “Animal,” directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, has been rescheduled after an initial postponement. Originally slated for an August 11 release, the film will now hit the screens in December later this year. Sandeep Reddy Vanga also provided insights into the reason for the delay.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga took to Twitter on Monday and shared a video explaining the reason behind the postponement of the film’s release from August 11. He emphasized that the primary factor for the delay is the commitment to quality, which might sound like a standard response but is the sole reason. He cited an example of the film having seven songs, and when these are translated into five different languages, it results in a total of 35 songs. With distinct lyricists and singers for each version, the post-production process requires more time than initially anticipated.
Sandeep also expressed his gratitude for the response to the pre-teaser and clarified that the content featured in the pre-teaser will indeed be a part of the film, as it is an excerpt from a specific episode in the movie.

Sandeep elaborated by stating, “Regarding the songs, we have achieved a certain level of lyrical depth in Hindi, and I’m committed to delivering the same level of lyrical depth in all the different languages. To achieve this, I need to invest the necessary time and effort to ensure that when the film is released in various languages, it doesn’t feel like a mere Hindi-dubbed Tamil or Telugu film. I want it to resonate as authentic regional cinema.”
In addition to the aforementioned reasons, Sandeep mentioned, “We’ve identified a more favorable release date, which is December 1st this year.” He also assured that “Animal” will be presented in theaters with the utmost quality in both video and audio. Sandeep emphasized that the film is a substantial and significant project.
Concluding the video, he said, “Come to the theaters on December 1st to witness the enigmatic presence of Ranbir Kapoor.”
